2. Investing in educational and developmental ventures for inner city youth,
3. Investing in workforce up-skilling for residents of under served communities, and
4. Investing in responsible Senior Citizen Care Initiatives, i.e. programs designed for assisting senior citizens with Activities of Daily Living. (ADLs)
